1. Acceptance
By using Inveni (website and related services), you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service
Inveni helps people discover Canadian businesses and lets businesses publish a listing, manage leads (by plan), and view statistics. Plans and limits are described in billing and product documentation.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your credentials and activity under your account. Listing content must be accurate and lawful. We may suspend accounts for abuse, non-payment, or unlawful content.
4. Content and IP
You keep rights in content you publish and grant us a limited licence to host, display, and index it for the service. Inveni branding and software remain ours.
5. Leads and messages
Visitors who contact a business via the form consent to sharing their details with that business. Listing owners must use that information lawfully (including Law 25 / PIPEDA) and only to respond to the request.
6. Payments
Paid plans are processed by Stripe. Prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Tax and refund terms may appear at checkout or in the Stripe portal.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is”. We aim for reasonable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to amounts paid for the service in the prior 12 months.
8. Governing law
Subject to mandatory rules, these terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada. Courts of the district of Montreal (Quebec) have jurisdiction, subject to consumer rights.
